BRAINSTORM AI Software Agency

BRAINSTORM AI Software Agency was founded by electrical engineer Osman Bodur. The agency's starting point is to combine our 18 years of knowledge in electrical engineering, design, installation and contracting with AI-powered software and applications we develop ourselves, and so deliver more dynamic and efficient engineering services.

Can machines think?

The foundations of artificial intelligence were laid by Alan Turing's 1950 paper "Computing Machinery and Intelligence". In it, Turing posed the question "Can machines think?" This paper and its ideas are regarded as the philosophical and theoretical beginning of the field of artificial intelligence (AI).

From the Transformer to ChatGPT

The first major technical leap in the history of ChatGPT-style large language models (LLMs) came in 2017, when Google developed the Transformer architecture. The real leap on a social and global scale came in November 2022 with the release of ChatGPT (GPT-3.5).

Stargate: OpenAI and Oracle

In July 2025, OpenAI and Oracle agreed to develop 4.5 gigawatts of additional Stargate AI data centre capacity in the US. Together with the Stargate I site in Abilene, Texas, capacity under development exceeds 5 gigawatts and will power more than 2 million chips. The project is part of a plan to build 10 gigawatts of AI infrastructure in the US with a 500-billion-dollar investment, and it shows clearly that energy is AI's greatest need.

300,000 years

One of the greatest turning points of our lives

Amid this technological wind blowing like a storm, we, as an electrical engineering firm, are thrilled to witness this historic moment. Across humanity's 300,000-year history, artificial intelligence is one of the greatest turning points of our lives, alongside the invention of fire, agriculture, writing, electricity and the transistor.

    Today

    Artificial intelligence

As an electrical engineering firm, we foresee that artificial intelligence will reshape the economic, political, military, sociological and technological ecosystem of the whole world, and that this cannot be stopped. That is why, in this newly shaped age of AI, we as electrical engineers aim to learn AI, to teach it to people, and to carry out all our workflows, projects, installations and inspections with AI-based software and AI agents we develop ourselves.

Ethics and experience

Only for the good of humanity and nature

As BRAINSTORM Türkiye, a software and electrical engineering firm, true to the promise and oath we took when we graduated from university, we have made it our aim and goal to use artificial intelligence in line with all ethical rules, and only in work that benefits humanity, nature and the natural world.

In our 18 years of professional experience we have completed hundreds of projects for hotels, hospitals, factories, solar power plants, transformer substations and high-voltage power transmission lines. We aim to run the generation, transmission and control of energy, the most important need of AI data centres, around the clock with AI-powered software we develop ourselves.

AI in UAV and drone technology

Unmanned aerial vehicles, or UAV technology, have existed for more than a century. First appearing during the First World War, today's far more advanced technology is pushing the boundaries of modern military and civil aviation. In many applications, UAVs keep evolving as technological miniaturisation brings more functionality to relatively small devices.

With recent advances, UAV technology is opening new doors in every field, from military surveillance to forest reseeding and fire management.

A short history of modern UAVs

The UAVs we know are a relatively recent development, made possible by ever smaller components. Miniaturisation is the key to drone technology.

Although reconnaissance drones were first used on a large scale during the Vietnam War, they truly came of age militarily in Afghanistan and during Operation Desert Storm in Iraq. They did not only gather intelligence: they served as transport vehicles, carried missile payloads and dropped leaflets as part of modern warfare's "hearts and minds" approach.

The functionality of UAV technology has kept growing in step with advances in computing and artificial intelligence. Modern UAVs still play an important role in military operations, but they take on a far bigger role in civil applications such as law enforcement, search and rescue (SAR) and fire control. Even deliveries from online retailers can now potentially be made by UAVs, although how successful this will be remains to be seen.

The spread of personal drones has made UAV technology a far more familiar and accepted part of everyday life in the public eye.

Different types of UAV technology

What exactly do we mean by UAV technology? Simply put, it is the hardware, software and integrated systems that let operators control the vehicle remotely. Recent advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning have taken the technology to the next level and allowed UAVs to become fully autonomous.

Drone design considers the vehicle's physical dimensions, propulsion and payload capacity. Flight control systems include the controller, GPS and autopilot software, while sensing equipment covers cameras, LiDAR, multispectral sensors and thermal imaging.

Drones must be able to communicate with the operator for real-time data transfer, remote monitoring, 3D modelling and geographic analysis. Finally, UAV technology must also include safety and security features such as collision avoidance and geofencing.
