Data Center & AI LLM Setup
From the substation to the server rack, from the solar panel to your own language model. Turnkey data center, energy infrastructure and AI installation for small and mid-sized companies.
Electrical engineer Osman Bodur · Manavgat, Antalya
Status
New service line (October 2026). The electrical and energy side rests on field work our founder has completed since 2006; data center and local language model installations are carried out per project.
Why your own data center
Your data stays in-house. So does your AI.
The cloud is not the right answer for every company. For firms that do not want their data to leave the building, or are tired of a bill that grows every month, their own infrastructure is a simpler path.
KVKK and data privacy
Customer, staff and ERP data never leave the company (KVKK: Türkiye's data protection law).
Predictable cost
No per-user or per-token billing; the hardware is bought once.
Independence from the cloud
Price rises, quota limits and account closures do not affect you.
Your own AI
An assistant that knows your company documents and is connected to your internal systems.
Energy chain
From energy to data, under one roof.
Most companies that build a data center leave the electrical work to a subcontractor. We design and build the energy side ourselves, from where it is generated to the server's plug.
GEN

AI (LLM)
Your own AI, on your own server.
Open-source language models can now run in-house, on your own hardware. Questions, documents and answers never leave the building.
- Open-source language models (gpt-oss, Qwen, etc.) run in-house
- Chat with your company documents (RAG): procedures, contracts, reports
- Corporate sign-in (Active Directory/SSO), per-department quotas and logging
- ERP, CRM and email integration
- Transcription of meetings and voice recordings

Why does the September energy report show a reactive penalty?
Company assistant
The capacitive ratio exceeded the limit in the third week; step 2 of the power factor correction panel appears to be out of service.

Process
7 steps from survey to commissioning.
Each step ends with a written deliverable; we move to the next one with your approval.
1. Survey and needs analysis
Number of users, applications, existing electrical infrastructure
2. Design and engineering
Single-line diagram, load calculation, cooling, rack layout
3. Permits and approvals
Distribution company connection, design approval, solar plant applications
4. Procurement and installation

6. Commissioning and training
User and administrator training, handover file
7. Maintenance and monitoring
Periodic maintenance, remote monitoring, support
Testing and commissioning
Every test is reported, every report is handed over.
The handover file records each measurement's value, its date and the person who took it.

FAQ
Short, honest answers
When does it pay off compared with the cloud?
If usage is steady and predictable, the hardware pays for itself over a certain period. We calculate that period during the survey using your actual cloud and licence bills. If your usage is low or irregular, we will tell you to stay in the cloud.
What happens if the power goes out?
The UPS carries the load from the first instant, and the servers keep running without interruption until the generator takes over; when mains power returns, the ATS transfers the load back. In an installation without a generator, the servers shut down cleanly on their own within the UPS runtime, and no data is corrupted.
Is our own LLM as good as ChatGPT or Claude?
It is good enough for routine work; for the most complex tasks we recommend hybrid use. Open-source models do well at document search, summarising, correspondence and report drafts; for the hardest reasoning tasks, selected requests go to a cloud model if your data allows it.
Is our existing room suitable for a data center?
During the survey we check floor load capacity, ceiling height, available electrical power, where the cooling outdoor unit can go, water pipes running through the room and access security. Small installations often fit into an existing room; if yours does not, we tell you in writing what it needs.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the scope: a single-rack installation in an existing room takes far less time than a project that needs a substation and a solar plant. Permit procedures affect the schedule the most. We give a firm timeline after the survey, together with the work plan.
Do you provide maintenance and support?
Yes. Under a maintenance contract we take on periodic maintenance of the UPS, cooling and generator, periodic electrical measurements, remote monitoring and software updates. Our Energy Monitoring Platform watches consumption and alarms continuously.
